The copyright to this article is transferred to the Urogenital Tract Infection (UTI) effective if and when the article titled above is accepted for publication. If the article has more than two authors, each author must individually transfer his or her right in the article to the UTI by signing this form. If the article is not published in the UTI, this form is void and will not take effect.
